Principal
Dr. Heidi Miller came to the Alternative Learning Center and Teen Learning Center in 2020. She served as an assistant principal before being named Principal in 2025. Prior to her arrival, Dr. Miller spent eleven years at Munford High School as an English and Marketing Education teacher. Dr. Miller is a proud graduate of Tipton County Schools. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis. Dr. Miller's doctoral degree from Carson- Newman University is in Educational Administration and Policy Studies.
Assistant Principal
Mr. Charlie Ligon began serving as the assistant principal at the Alternative Learning Center and Teen Learning Center in July of 2026. He formerly served as the Transportation Supervisor/Coordinator at the Central Office for eight years. He first began his career in education at Charger Academy where he spent eleven years as the Physical Education teacher. Mr. Ligon is a proud graduate of Munford High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Union University. Mr. Ligon's Master of Arts in Education degree is from Bethel University.
